Below are some of the most common questions that users have about the NorthStar Company Store.

How do I pay for orders?

Orders placed on the NSMG Company Store will be billed to the receiving location via invoice once the order is completed and production has concluded. Additional charges for shipping will be billed via invoice once the product has shipped. 

If an order needs to be billed to a different location, or split between multiple locations, other than the listed address, please email info@Summit-Mkt.com

How do I pay the invoice?

Invoices will be sent directly to Flora Lam (Home Office Marketing Department) for coding according to the delivery location address.

Please contact Flora Lam (lamflo@nsmg.com) for any coding splits or questions regarding invoice allocation.

Is there a limit on how many items I can order?

There no set limits on items. However, submitted orders that appear extensive or unusual may be subject to review and location manager approval.

How long will it take for items to arrive?

Unless otherwise noted as “Ships immediately”, products will be made to order and shipped after production.

Most items can be produced in 1-2 weeks. In the case of significant delays due to inventory or other factors, the Summit Marketing team will inform the purchaser of estimated wait times.

Once completed, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping.

I have a custom product request, who should I contact?

For custom orders or variations to any items listed, please email info@summit-mkt.com

What is the return policy for company store items?

Unless there is an issue with the quality of the items, there is no return policy within the NSMG Company Store.

This site does not serve as a retail business - it is a resource for supporting location operations.
